What has been the most traumatic was the death of 19 children. For one, I have been crying every time I see the news and have trouble sleeping. I have been dealing with sadness, anger, and even overwhelming fear. However, I am using mindfulness to address my trauma. The Struggle With Living Intentionally

I have been struggling mentally for years. I always felt that while the whole world was speeding ahead, I was left behind. No matter what I did, I could not shake that feeling of “something is not right”. I got trained in mindful meditation and living in the moment.
