Red Love

Hi there my loveliness! Happy Friday to everyone! I thought, what a great way to end the weekdays by talking to you, my lovely friends about my latest haul away from Sephora. I thought I would share my review with you.

Description: This month, in honor of the Heart Month and Valentine’s Day, I got three shades red lip colors. They include: Ciaté London Pretty Stix Murumuru Butter Lipstick in First Love, Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-In-Stick Lipstick in COLOR 4 Rouge in Danger, and Yves Saint Laurent Vernis À Lèvres Glossy Lip Stain in COLOR 9 Rouge Laque.

Ciaté London Pretty Stix Murumuru Butter Lipstick in First Love ($20): Ciate London is a buttery and creamy lipstick in red. It goes on smooth and creamy and looks fabulous. It lasts fairly long. The case is very cute. I like how hydrating it is.  You have to layer it to get a deeper color.

Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-In-Stick Lipstick in COLOR 4 Rouge in Danger ($37): YSL is really one of my favorite brands. I really love how rich and creamy it is, and it is very super easy to apply. It is infused with 65 percent oils with deeply hydrating texture. I love this sheer lipstick and have it in few different shades. The only sad part is it does not last long, but I am okay it is because how it is hydrating to the extreme and I will take over long-lasting color for my extra dry lips. It’s a sheer lipstick but definitely buildable. One of the best thing I love about this lipstick is the smell. It smells so fresh. I highly recommend this lipstick if you can splurge.

Yves Saint Laurent Vernis À Lèvres Glossy Lip Stain in COLOR 9 Rouge Laque ($36): This lip color offers the shine of a gloss with a long wear of a stain. However, I am not sure it is worth the price. Out of the three lip colors that bought this is my least favorite. I do admit that it does last a long time. However, it does wear off very easily if you touch your lips with anything which I do and I am not sure if I am going to buy this again. If your New Year resolution is to spend your money wisely then don’t spend it on this.
